How to supress a field data while every 3 records?

Hi, All

I have a database like this, to summarize a building's fuction and area.

For example, the first floor's Con_Area is 1321, and Cal_Area is 1523. And it have Business, Residence, Other function, area is 1211, 421, 123.

I put the field into report Details

And it shows:

Now i want it more beautiful.like below.

The first three fields just show once every 3 records. And a line is required. This seems OK.

How to do?
