Hi Mubarak,

I took a look at the problem you faced earlier - the same issue (Failed to intialize Query Panel Error in Design Studio).

Have you tried to restart the BO server in solving the same? If you are unable to do this, you may have to take the assistance of an administrator for the same.

You may also want to take a look at and repair the BIP add-on. Also try checking the following notes (as mentioned by Victor Gabriel Saiz Castillo):
