Before I go ahead and explain you about what SuccessFactors is let me make things clear for you. You have mentioned you want to enter corporate and your focus companies are IBM, Accenture, GE so on and so forth. They are top companies no doubt about that, but answer this question you want to work in these companies bcos u like them or you want to make a career? If you want to work in any company not only the ones you have mentioned it can be done without investing lacs of rupees. You can find a job at any level in the company.
What I'm trying to say is if you want to make a shift from HR Generalist to HCM Consultant in SAP or Successfactors or XYS software that will come in future try to understand the product, your customer how better a consultant you can be. Trust me any company will be ready to offer you a job. Please dont be company oriented rather be a consultant who helps the customer get a better value out of the product.

Now coming to SuccessFactors is cloud based HCM suit acquired by SAP which in turn will replace traditional SAP HCM ERP and its alreay happening. I would like you to explore more about cloud computing and what SuccessFactors does.
