LSO Training Request Auto Cancellation failed

Dear Experts,

We have encouter this issue whereby we have set deadline for user to submit request and approval in table LSOWF_CUSTOMIZE to 11 days before event.

However, this auto drop training request that pending approval in table LSOWF_RUNNING not working and user listed as participant in the training attendance.

We have checked in system and it shows that Course has been locked. Workflow unable to complete to cancel participation of user due to this. Operation team confirm that they have not locked the course. Appreciate if anybody had came across this issue and share possible solution on this.
