Report to show PO, creation date, Material Document, Posting date

I am trying to do analysis in SAP to determine the timeframe between the PO creation date and the Material Document Posting date. What would be the easiest way to do this? I have been into the MSEG and EKPO tables and I can find everything except the PO creation date.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
